Dear Parents and Students,
Due to the individualized nature of learning support please be sure to check assignment books nightly for assignments that may not be general postings on teacher's blogs.
By now parents and students should be used to the routines established in the learning support reading class such as the following;
Spelling- Words are written 1X print and 1X cursive nightly until the test is given for each lesson.As the test is approaching students will be assigned any packet worksheets that they didn't complete in class.
Reading- Practice fluency nightly by reading the short story passage we are on currently. This nightly practice will improve phonetic, vocabulary, fluency and comprehension skills. Also study the vocabulary words listed in reading notebooks that go with each story.

Thurs. Dec. 9 Reading comprehension,vocab and fluency test
also on Wed. and Fri. students will participate in Mrs. Herring's PSSA class for a drug and alcohol program called "Slick Tracy".
